Opportunity – Senior Developer CRM

Role: Senior Developer

Reports To: Manager

Overall Job Purpose:

• Deliver CRM campaigns through our Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Manage, maintain, and develop marketing technology software
• Adobe Experience Cloud (Campaign Standard (ACS), Target and Analytics).
• Develop the efficiency and performance of CRM campaigns, operational processes, and marketing technology.
• Lead and develop a team of CRM Developers in the delivery of CRM campaigns and development of our marketing technology.
• This role is based in India with hybrid working in Chennai Office. It includes regular interaction with other geographically located teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• To translate CRM plans and requests by setting up the campaigns to customers via Email, SMS, Direct Mail and online channels.
• Lead and develop a team of CRM Developers in the delivery of CRM campaigns and development of our marketing technology.
• Deliver developments to our marketing technology capabilities and functionalities by completing updates and improvements to our systems or processes.
• Support in the management and maintenance of our marketing technology.
• Support the team of CRM Developers in their training of our marketing technology and personal development.

• Manage operational processes to ensure the correct delivery of the customer communications.

• Ensure campaigns are compliant with all marketing permissions and data protection regulations, (e.g. CCPA and GDPR).

• Own the QC process across the CRM campaigns to ensure that they are as per the brief/plan.

• Plan, coordinate and manage campaign tasks and communicate status.

• Report on campaign running and marketing set up timescales.

• Be proactive in improving the CRM campaigns, including their performance, efficiency, and quality.

• Champion Marketing and CRM operational best practices, strategic objectives, and principles.

Key KPI’s

• Delivery of campaigns through the technology (both volume and timescale).

• Accuracy of campaigns and communications set up.

• 100% adherence to data protection rules (CCPA and GDPR).

• Optimizations of Marketing Technology processes or features.

• Contribution to performance of the CRM Campaigns

Qualifications:

Essential
• Degree in Engineering, Technology or Computer Science or related field.
Desirable
• Adobe Campaign, Analytics or Target Practitioner Qualifications.

• Additional professional IT qualifications would be an advantage.

Experience:

Essential (4+ Years of experience)

• Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard
• Experience of executing email marketing campaigns using CRM technology
• Microsoft Office skills
• Building target audiences using data and customer segmentation
Technical Skills Needed

• HTML

• SQL

• Javascript

Desirable

• Adobe Analytics.
• Adobe Target.
• Other Experience Cloud Products (AEP, People Core Services, Launch etc).
• Line management.
• Marketing automation.
• Jira.
